Si el hilo de todo esto es decir que Vettel no gana por suerte, es algo evidente. No se ganan 3 campeonatos del mundo seguidos porque haya venido a verte la virgen. Pero hay que reconocer que, a veces, ha tenido la suerte de su lado, como ese trompo en Brasil 2012 que le podía haber costado el campeonato del mundo.

La idea no era esa, he cogido lo que dicen del que va primero y Alonso. Y he puesto en negrita algunas cosas que me han parecido interesantes. Donde se dice que el RBR es un coche muy rápido, pero que ha tenido problemas y que la constancia de Vettel ha sido clave para que esté primero.

Igual que he puesto en negrita que el Ferrari está empeorando mucho, aunque en algunos circuitos, han estado entre los mejores.

Y la suerte la tienen todos. Si en 2012 no le hubiesen fallado los alternadores no hubiese tenido que luchar en Brasil...... Y los alternadores sólo le fallaban a Vettel no a Webber......

Yo después de lo de la Q3 de ayer, creo que Alonso está mutando a Carlos Sainz a pasos agigantados...

Con Mercedes y Lotus decepcionando mucho, solo Alonso (gran carrera, pero es lo mismo de siempre, siempre toca remontar los domingos), los comisarios con sanciones y algún detalle en pista han dado algo de salsa a un GP tan aburrido como hacía tiempo que no lo recordaba. Y eso que era Spa-Francorchamps.

La verdad es que esta carrera no pasará a la historia. Sabiendo ya el resultado a partir de la vuelta 1 y Vettel ampliando su ventaja en el mundial.

La verdad es que tanto Vettel como Alonso han hecho una grandísima carrera. Y el español se puede consolar pensando que aunque hubiese salido justo detrás de Vettel, no le hubiese podido hacer sombra. Hoy el RBR de Vettel tenía más ritmo que ningún otro coche. Digo el de Vettel, por que Webber no se ha acercado al ritmo del alemán, que ha sido el más rápido de la carrera en todo momento y sin darlo todo más que en las 2 primeras vueltas. Impresionante la temporada que está haciendo este hombre. Quedan 8 carreras y tiene una ventaja de 46. Es decir, que la máxima puntuación que puede lograr un piloto en las carreras restantes es +200.

Raikkonen se ha tenido que retirar, tarde o temprano tenía que pasar. Hamilton ha amarrado lo que ha podido sin ritmo.

Resumen Vettel tiene el campeonato más a tiro que nunca. Eso si, ahora llega Monza, un circuito sin muchas curvas, que es donde suele sacar la ventaja el RBR, y que por tanto, no se le debería dar muy bien.

P.D. Estoy esperando a que Tyrion aparezca por aquí diciendo que vaya suerte que tiene Vettel, hoy también si no llega a ser por (introducir incidente de carrera a elegir aquí) no gana. Que suerte......

No. Hoy ha ganado como le gusta ganar a él, poniendose delante en la primera vuelta (tras la "gran" oposición de Hamilton al asunto) y tirando vuelta rápida tras vuelta rápida. En eso es experto. A muchos nos falta verle aún una temporada corriendo con un hierro como el Ferrari o el McLaren y adelantando, solo por ver si sabe o no sabe.  :guiñar

Pues nada, ya pueden sus fans celebrar su nuevo campeonato casi, porque no se ve nada ni remotamente cercano a ese Red Bull. Ah, mierda, no... Que no tiene fans. Qué raro, siendo tricampeón.  :guiñar :guiñar

PD: Fernando Lloronso hizo un carrerón y quedó todo lo arriba que podía quedar. La salida es impresionante, donde se mete en la curva es casi un suicidio, te puedes quedar clavado o comerte a uno en cuanto toques el freno una milesima de segundo tarde.

Otro milagro fue que no sucediera nada en la primera curva del circuito tras la salida, cuando suele ser normal los toques o las salidas al exterior en la recta tras dicha curva para no llevarse a nadie por delante.

O que no sacaran el safety car tras el ostión de la curva antes de boxes...Oh, wait...  :guiñar

y joderle la ventaja que llevaba? amos, anda...

Vamos a ser serios, alguien cree que eso hubiese cambiado la carrera? Tenía un ritmo mayor que Alonso guardándose décimas. Es decir que con apretar las vueltas sin DRS después del SC hubiese tenido seguramente ya más de un segundo de distancia. Y terminamos donde hemos empezado. No tendría mayores consecuencias, sólo un poco más de emoción.

y que estando a un par de segundos, alonso aun puede hacer el intento de apretarle, pero a mas de 10...

Digo yo que, si va a ganar de todas formas, no le importará.... 

PD: Y ya van dos de estas. La de ayer no era muy clara (yo según vi el ostión y medio coche en la pista dije "Safety car" sin pensarlo), pero lo de Monaco fue lo más descarado que he visto en tiempo.

Lo del Safety Car, yo también pensé que era cuando vi el accidente. Y no me hubiese importado lo más mínimo que saliese. Ahora bien, en las repeticiones ves como la escapatoria estaba a pocos metros, y la bandera amarilla se quitó en menos de 3 vueltas enteras. Si Spa fuese un circuito más corto, seguramente lo hubiesen sacado, pero al ser tan largo no hizo falta.

No creo que haya que darle más vueltas.

Por cierto, se me olvidaba comentarlo, Vettel tiene sólo una victoria menos que Alonso.........

With their crushing victory in Sunday's 2013 Formula 1 Shell Belgian Grand Prix, Sebastian Vettel and Red Bull sent out a clear message to their championship rivals - they have no plans to ease up in the battle to retain both titles. As the highly-anticipated Mercedes challenge failed to materialise, not only did Vettel win with ease, he extended his advantage atop the driver standings and saw Lotus's Kimi Raikkonen - previously his nearest opponent in the table - drop from second to fourth overall after his first DNF of the year. We take a team-by-team look at the Spa-Francorchamps formbook...

Red Bull

Vettel drove to his 31st Grand Prix victory - one behind Fernando Alonso's career tally and equalling that of Nigel Mansell - with such insouciant ease in a Red Bull that was perfectly suited to Spa, that rivals shuddered as they floundered in his wake. It suggests he can be very competitive again at Monza, too. Webber made a poor start thanks to clutch worries and spent his race fighting back from that, but at times he was able to set fastest laps to demonstrate what might have been on his last F1 visit to the circuit he loves.

Ferrari

Ferrari had nothing like the pace they needed to get anywhere near Red Bull, but Alonso beat everyone else after fighting up from ninth to fifth on the opening lap and then picking off Button, Rosberg and Hamilton. A decent second place put him back ahead of Raikkonen in the drivers' title battle. Massa lost time early on in traffic but eventually came out on top of a lengthy fight with Grosjean to take seventh.

As Hamilton had expected, Mercedes lacked the pace in low-downforce form to run with Red Bull, but getting beaten by Ferrari was an unwelcome shock. Hamilton drove the wheels off his W04 to take the final podium slot and move ahead of Raikkonen in the points table, while Rosberg was also very strong and finished only 2.1s behind his team mate.

McLaren

Button felt that McLaren's revised MP4-28 was a good improvement, though he wasn't sure that the team got the best out of it and said they vacillated too much between one- and two-stop strategies. Nevertheless, he did lead briefly when he was out of sync of pit stops, and sixth was a step forward. Perez put in a forceful pass on Grosjean but was adjudged to have forced the Frenchman off track and given a drive-through penalty that held him back to an 11th-place finish.

Lotus

Kimi Raikkonen, Retired lap 26, brakes
The race was a big disappointment for Lotus. On a single-stop strategy, Grosjean couldn't better eighth after losing time in the incident with Perez, while Raikkonen dropped out after 25 laps - ending his record run of 27 consecutive points finishes - when, it was thought, somebody else's discarded tear-off visor lodged in his left front brake duct and caused too much damage to the brake disc. The retirement cost him two places in the drivers' standings.

Force India
Adrian Sutil, P9
Paul di Resta, Retired lap 27, hit by Maldonado
Sutil was in superstrong form and pulled off some steely overtaking moves to gain ninth place, but after he'd tagged Maldonado in the last corner on the 27th lap, the Williams driver turned sharp right and took out an innocent Di Resta who was battling hard with his team mate. The team dropped from fifth to sixth in the constructors' stakes, as McLaren moved ahead.

Toro Rosso

Jean-Eric Vergne, P12
After their disaster in qualifying the Toro Rosso drivers fought back in the race. Vergne won out in an intense battle with Hulkenberg, but was then slowed by a puncture during his final stint. Ricciardo started on the hard Pirellis and said his race really began on the mediums. They helped him through to the final point.

Sauber
Nico Hulkenberg, P13
Esteban Gutierrez, P14
No points for Sauber this time, after Hulkenberg had to give way to Vergne's Toro Rosso and Sutil's Force India, and Gutierrez got a drive-through penalty for gaining advantage by going outside the track limits.

Williams
Valtteri Bottas, P15
Pastor Maldonado, P17
Bottas simply lacked the pace to better 15th, while Maldonado was swiped by Sutil in the final corner on the 27th lap but compounded that by turning right in a doomed attempt to enter the pits. He collected an innocent Di Resta, and was handed a 10-second stop-go penalty as punishment.

Caterham
Giedo van der Garde, P16
Charles Pic, Retired lap 9, oil leak
Caterham lost Pic early on to an oil leak, but Van der Garde didn't roll over as the faster cars attacked on the opening lap, and later fought tooth and nail to beat a recovering Maldonado for 16th, much to his team's delight.

Marussia
Jules Bianchi, P18
Max Chilton, P19
No problems for Bianchi, apart from being shuffled down the order, with team mate Chilton, from 15th and 16th on the grid to 20th and 21st by the end of the opening lap. But Chilton later got a drive-through penalty for ignoring blue flags.

Daniel Ricciardo ocupará el asiento de Mark Webber desde el año que viene:

No era una decisión sorprendente, estaba en la lista de elegibles y este año no lo está haciendo mal consiguiendo puntos y entrando varias veces en la Q3. La incógnita será ahora Kimi Räikkönen, si se quedará en Lotus o buscará otros aires.
