SINOPSIS: La película transcurre en el siglo XXV, cuando las enfermedades han arrasado con la mayoría de la población del planeta, excepto por una ciudad protegida llamada Bregna, liderada por un grupo de científicos. Charlize Theron es Aeon Flux, la más importante agente de grupo rebelde, liderado por Handler, interpretado por Frances McDormand. Cuando Aeon recibe las ordenes de aniquilar al líder del gobierno, descubre un mundo de secretos, que la llevan a cuestionarse de que lado está realmente.
